VicenzaOro September 2026 marked another milestone for XOX Group in the journey that began in January with the launch of Babylon. Together with ePlay and Art&sofT, the Group returned to the trade show to demonstrate how Artificial Intelligence can be effectively integrated into business processes, accelerating analysis and supporting faster, more informed decision-making.
The highlight was the event dedicated to Babylon, where applications and real-world use cases showcased AI directly at work: customer, sales, budget and inventory analysis, CRM, visual content and marketing, dynamic dashboards, workflows and automated communications. Examples were built around companies’ day-to-day activities to highlight a shift in perspective: the value of AI lies not only in its ability to process large volumes of information, but also in its ability to shorten the time between a question, understanding, decision-making and action.
Nine months after Babylon’s debut, discussions with entrepreneurs and industry professionals confirm that attention is increasingly shifting from the theoretical potential of AI to its practical application in business. For XOX Group, this means building a model in which data, technology and expertise work together to make processes simpler, faster and more action-oriented.
